Chef Björn Frantzén has established four restaurant concepts at the exclusive department store Nordiska Kompaniet in Stockholm. We were asked to create the visual identity for all of them. This is the salad bar Botanique. The inspiration comes from the high-quality ingredients from Restaurant Frantzén’s own garden served with a twist and a thought. Craftmanship in focus. ”It felt important to create a salad bar that doesn’t focus on a couscous base with an orange slice on top, but instead nice, healthy and well-made (crafted) salads in a fast food pase to an attractive price” says Björn Frantzén.
The work includes visual identity, packaging, menues, signage, posters, stickers, apron, website, store window, vehicle graphics and photography.
